Students from Kanazawa University's extracurricular group, the Volunteer Support Station ("Bora Sapo"), carried out multiple coastal cleanup sessions at Masuhogaura Beach in Shika Town starting from July 6. This initiative was started voluntarily by Bora Sapo students who hoped people could enjoy sightseeing and swimming at a clean Masuhogaura Beach. They collaborated with local residents during the cleanup efforts, and at times, learned about the charms of Shika Town directly from the locals. Through these activities, their interactions with the community deepened.
